Shipping

All local orders will be despatched within 2-3 working days. Our team will try to deliver your purchases to you in the shortest possible time.

For orders $80 and above, we are delighted to offer free delivery. Apart from that, shipping will be $2 flat rate for all local orders. 

A tracking number will be notified to the customer via our order confirmations. 

Only for selected countries, shipping costs will be shown at the point of checkout. The customer is responsible for payment of all duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. 

To start a return, you can contact us at shop@yourtopshelf.store. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

A fee of $3 will be charged for returns unless decided otherwise, so please check with our team prior to any return.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
